If I could rank them, it would be 5% cooldown, 3% accuracy, then 2% cooldown and 2% reload, in other words, the bronze bulletin is more valuable in combat than the gold. I'd imagine it'd be even less significant for a Garand which holds 8 rounds in its clip.ĭeceiving to the eye, the bronze accuracy bulletin for grens/conscripts is actually one of the best you can get, vs that worthless 3% reload faster one. the 3% reload is marginal and only comes into play every 5 shots, since thats how many a Kar98k holds. I believe the 3% buff for the volksgrens may apply to the Panzerschreck as well which is pretty significant for that weapon considering its reload/damage.įor your grens, conscripts, riflemen, volksgrenadiers, if you're stacking your bulletins, your main focus should be to reduce cooldown between shots and increase accuracy. My grens probably shoot several thousand bullets in a single round so 3% greater accuracy can add up to quite a lot more hits given time. Every percentage point counts IMO, particularly if you're building multiples of the same unit. Same applies to COH2 and "3% greater accuracy" and such. I'm a poker player in real life, and I fight for every big blind no matter how insignificant the cash value of the big blind is. I usually stack all 3 of mine on some mid-game unit. Ok I've played this game often enough that unless someone is deliberately deceiving me, which should only be used in the highest levels of gameplay anyways, most people don't know how to pick bulletins, which ones to pick.įirst lets start out, that the bulletins are pretty insignificant but they can help.
